Do you travel?
Absolutely! We have offices in both Toronto and Calgary but often travel internationally. Additional charges for international travel are generally quite reasonable and only cover flight and hotel costs. We are always excited to travel to your destination wedding!
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Reach us via email , along with your wedding date, guest head-count and venue. If possible, we would love to meet you both in person or setup a date to video chat, to discuss various aspects of your big day
WE DON'T HAVE A SET DATE YET, CAN WE STILL MESSAGE YOU?
Absolutely! Reach out to us as soon as you start planning your Wedding. We will work with you to block off your possible dates, giving you preference should another couple try to book that date.
CAN WE HIRE ANOTHER SHOOTING TEAM?
Absolutely. Cinematic Heirlooms is solely focused on creating impactful wedding films and does not do still photography. It’s highly recommended that you hire a separate skilled photographer.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
50% - Advance
40% - A week before the shoot
10% - After the approval of deliverables, before the final delivery
